I bought my mom a hawk and bunny calendar from The Wild Unknown a few years ago, and I just rediscovered what an amazing shop it is. This time I am totally blown away by these incredible prisms!

Leanne Shapton- Wednesday Patterns

I like {Cabins}

 

One of my favorite places in the world to visit is a cabin that my Great Grandfather built in Honeyoe, NY in the 1940's. Unfortunately, I don't have any photographs of it with me in Chicago. So, instead I thought I would share some of my favorite images of other cabins. Enjoy!

Sivan Lewin

Today I am loving this series of photographs by Sivan Lewin. Don't they remind you of something you might find buried in your grandmothers closet? So sweet.

Beach Combing

It's pretty much guaranteed that if I'm at the beach (whether it be lake Michigan or the ocean) I will spend the majority of my time looking at the ground for pretty things. So, it's no suprise that I totally enamored with these beach combing photographs by Jennifer Steen Booher. I will say that I am a bit jealous of her awesome beach finds though:)
